Ground shipping is free on all orders over $199.99 before tax if the entire order ships to a single address.
Orders totaling less than $74.99 before tax will be charged a $12.99 handling fee.
Orders totaling less than $199.99 and more than $74.99 before tax will be charged a $16.99 handling fee.
Free Shipping does not apply to single orders with multiple shipping addresses, handling charges, shipping upgrades, taxes, international orders or delivery addresses outside of the contiguous United States.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.

The handling rates calculated by the Handling Rate Calculator during checkout are estimates only and not accurate for orders over 100 pounds. Your actual handling cost may be different and subject to change. Delivery Guidelines
Business days are Monday through Friday, with the except of holidays. Orders are fulfilled and shipped via a traceable method (such as FedEx or UPS); we will have tracking information available in My Account once the order has been shipped. Please check this information and read through the following options:
- If the tracking information indicates that a package is being returned to us, or if the delivery address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
- If there is no tracking information or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please email us at support@clipperdirect.com.
Our Shipping Methods
- Two Day Shipping: Product should arrive two business days after the order is shipped. Clipper Direct expects orders of in stock items placed by 11:00 A.M. PT to ship the same day. Two day deliveries can be delivered Monday through Friday. Please note that warehouses and freight companies may be closed for National Holidays or incur weather related delays and this may impact the Two Day Shipping service.
- Ground Shipping: Your order should ship within 48 hours and will arrive in the standard number of transit days from our warehouse. Please refer to the map below for estimated time in transit. Holidays will increase the time of delivery since our warehouse is closed and most carriers are not delivering.
- LTL Shipping: Your order should ship within 48 hours and will arrive in the standard number of transit days from our warehouse. LTL (Less Than Load) shipments are for orders exceeding 200 pounds and require a scheduled delivery. LTL shipping service does not include liftgate. Deliveries requiring Liftgate will be charged an additional $75.00.
Note: There is no weekend pickup for any method of shipping.
Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery based on the shipping options you choose. ClipperDirect strives to ensure that all orders are shipped in a timely manner. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery date of any order. All orders placed online are subject to product availability.
Tracking Information
You can click on the tracking number to obtain the status of your shipment. If you don't see any tracking information for your shipment and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.
After the Estimated Delivery Date
Orders will have tracking information available in My Account after the order has shipped. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:
- Tracking information indicates the package has been delivered: Please check with your family members or neighbors. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors or building managers, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
- Tracking information indicates the package is undeliverable: If the package is being returned to us or if the delivery address is incorrect, please email us at support@clipperdirect.com.
- No tracking information available: If you can't locate any tracking or delivery information about your package, please email us at support@clipperdirect.com.
Extended area shipping
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico totaling more than $199.99 before tax, will be charged actual two day air shipping rates. Orders totaling less than $199.99 before tax will be charged a $25.00 handling fee in addition to actual two day air shipping rates.
International Orders
ClipperDirect can ship to virtually any address in the world however; online orders can only be placed for customers in the United States at this time. International orders can be placed through our Customer Experience department at 855.85DIRECT or by email at support@clipperdirect.com. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping Exceptions
ClipperDirect is unable to ship to PO boxes. All delivery addresses must be valid residential or business addresses.
We are currently not able to ship using a customer’s freight account number.
